Continuity

The Middle East is currently experiencing multiple conflicts involving various state and non-state actors. Its political and socio-economic conditions are unstable. Its future is uncertain. The Middle East consistently suffers from human crises, and more recently, environmental crises as well. 

All these catastrophic circumstances can persist for years and decades if not addressed fundamentally. In this section, the elements of continuity in the political and socio-economic conditions of the Middle East will be discussed. Additionally, the records of well-rooted problems in the region will be maintained to demonstrate the persistence of the crises and the actual risks of their continuation.
